We thank you for your interest in The Charles M. Morris Charitable Trust. We do have a standard application format which we require be used by applicants.


1. The application has two parts – a main section (pages 1 – 4) and Attachments (A – I). Do not try to submit the application on-line or send additional materials. Both the main section and the Attachments are to be submitted by postal mail.

2. The application materials must be postmarked by the due date.

3. Application and Attachments should be sent to:

4. Please answer all questions; incomplete applications will be returned.

5. You must use our standard form of application. If you would like an application on a computer disk or in hard copy, please contact us.

6. Unfortunately, we are not able to answer telephone inquiries about the status of applications. We will advise you of the status of your application by mail.

7. We regret that we cannot meet with you if you come to our offices without an appointment.

8. Submission of your application well in advance of the due date will ensure that it will be reviewed for completeness and that we will have an opportunity to communicate with you about any missing items. Applications not fully completed in all respects by the due date cannot be placed on the meeting agenda.
